How long until my order ships out?

These gorgeous minky fabrics are in stock, and orders will ship out within 1-2 business days, most often the same day, unless otherwise stated on the home page of the website.

Availability:

All my fabrics are ready to ship. I have a large supply of most fabrics; however, my supply can change on a daily basis, so if I cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a message right away. I sell my fabric in several different platforms, so my stock can change by the hour, but I will do my best to keep all sites' inventory updated as quick as I can. If you have a large order, please send me a list prior to ordering, so that I can confirm they are all in stock.

Can I come to your store to pick out my fabric?:

Sorry but I only sell my fabrics online. You can pick up your fabrics at a local pick up location to save on shipping. If you are concerned with fabrics matching, please order a swatch. Link below.

I am interested in a fabric that you don't have on your website. Can you bring it in?

Depending on the brand and your timeline, I can order fabrics that I do not have on my website. Please email me with the name and a photo. The minimum for fabrics that I do not stock, is 10-12 yards.

Shipping/Pick up:

SHIPPING: I ship all my products with either Canada Post or UPS. All items will have tracking and insurace. Most CDN packages take 2-7 business days and USA packages take 4-10 business days on average.

LOCAL PICK UP: If you prefer to pick your order up from Redcliff, just choose the free local pick up option at check out. I will then provide you a pick up address after it is cut and ready to pick up.

Care Instructions:

Machine wash as normal. Tumble dry low or no heat. Avoid using fabric softener. Do not iron minky. If you have questions, just ask.

Discounts:

Yes, I offer 5% off on 6-9 yards of one fabric and 10% off on 10+ yards of one fabric. I also offer free shipping across Canada and the USA on orders over $300. Keep an eye out for other sales I will offer throughout the year. Refund/Exchange Policy: I do not accept refunds on cut fabric, however if I have sent you the wrong fabric, or there is a defect, I will exchange the fabric for the correct one. Please contact me within 3 business days from receiving your order to set this up.
