Shipping

I ship all orders with Canada Post and UPS. These packages will have tracking and insurance on them.

Free shipping on all Canadian and USA orders over $300. Orders under $300, will be charged $15 flat rate shipping. This will automatically apply at check out.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location. If you want to upgrade to a faster service, please ask me prior to placing your order, so that I can quote you different options. Most Canadian packages take 2-7 business days and USA packages take 4-10 business days on average.

Letter mail shipping options: Some items are small and light enough to ship letter mail. If you would like to request your order ship letter mail, please contact me prior to placing your order. These packages will not have tracking or insurance and it is the buyers risk. Items that can ship letter mail are kona cotton, satin and some fat halves and half yard cuts. They will ship for $4-6.

Pick up. If you are able to pick up your order, you will not be charged shipping. Please select pick up at time of purchase. Once the fabric is ready to be picked up, I will send you out an email to arrange a time and give you the pick up location.

Lost or damaged package: If you are concerned that your package has been lost or damaged, please send me an email with your order number. I will check the tracking and if it is out of the normal delivery range, I will file a claim with CP or UPS. Once the investigation has been completed, and they determine it is lost/damaged and approve the claim, I will send you your order out again. Please note, there are several steps to this process, and I will need your patience and cooperation. It happens very few times for the hundreds of orders I ship each month.
